You are a Settlement Class Member eligible to submit a claim for relief if you were mailed a letter from Wenco stating your information may have been impacted by the Data Security Incident.
Settlement Class Members must complete and submit a Claim Form by October 10, 2025 to receive a recovery.
Settlement Class Members are eligible to claim either:
Reimbursement for documented Extraordinary Losses up to $3,500 and/or up to three (3) years of Credit Monitoring Services; OR
Reimbursement for attested Lost Time for up to four (4) hours at twelve dollars and fifty cents ($12.50) per hour and/or an Alternative Cash Payment.
Together, the total amount of Alternative Cash Payments and reimbursements for attested Lost Time are subject to a One Hundred Thousand Dollar ($100,000) total cap that, if reached, will reduce Alternative Cash Payments and payments for attested Lost Time pro rata.

To start your online claim form, you can find your Unique ID and PIN on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your Unique ID and PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator by emailing info@2022FranchiseeEmployeeDataSettlement.com. Please request your Unique ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is October 10, 2025. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than October 10, 2025.
